To build the catwalk, cut outrigger posts from 2 7/8-inch (7.3cm) OD fence posts that are 26-inches (66cm) long. Saddle cut one end of the outrigger pipe and cap the other end. Weld the outrigger pipe to the 2 7/8-inch (7.3cm) OD fence posts in the crowd pen, placing the top of the outrigger pipe 42-inches (107cm) down from the top of the fence.
